Where is this design going?
Are you in the room?
Step 01 of 03
Draw the design itself
Vellum is the canvas.
Say what you are proposing in a sentence or two and AI Draw puts down the components, the boundaries and the connections in the notation your audience reads, then you move things until it is yours.
Step 02 of 03
Frame the talk out of the drawing
A podium slide is a framed region of the canvas rather than a copy of it, so there is no export step and the deck cannot drift from the design.
A chapter is a diagram tab: slides inside one chapter pan and zoom across the same canvas, and crossing into the next chapter morphs to the next diagram.
Step 03 of 03
Answer the question they actually ask
A slide can show the strata attached to the shapes in view, as cards beside the diagram.
When somebody stops you to ask what is inside the middle box, the answer is already on the screen instead of in an appendix you will send afterwards.
Your next step
They keep the thing you presented
A podium is part of its blueprint, so anyone who can read the blueprint can step through it again on their own. You send the follow-up with the same link you presented from, instead of a 40MB attachment of last Tuesday.
